What's New for Macs?
Anticipation is high for the introduction of new Macs, featuring the M3 series processors. The line-up includes the 13-inch M3, the 14-inch and 16-inch M3 Pro, and M3 Max models. This marks the first simultaneous launch of all three chips, a departure from Apple's previous staggered release strategy.
Notably, the M3 chips are manufactured using the advanced 3nm process, delivering an expected 20% speed boost along with significant graphics and efficiency enhancements. It was suggested that these chips may boast up to 16 CPU cores and 40 GPU cores, promising impressive performance.
While some existing Mac models are expected to see updates, the refreshed 24-inch iMac and the MacBook Pro series are the primary focus.
How can Watch the 'Scary Fast' Event Live?
The event will be available for streaming at 5 p.m. Pacific Time on October 30 through Apple's website, YouTube, and the Apple TV app.
