Background

Arlecchino is a member of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers also known by her codename [The Knave] (or [The Servant] in Chinese & Japanese).

According to Scaramouche (Wanderer/Balladeer), Arlecchino is depicted as having an authoritarian personality masked by a graceful exterior, Those who glimpse her genuine, eccentric self reportedly disappear mysteriously.

Similarly, Tartaglia (Childe) describes her as entirely unstable and willing to serve her own interests, even if it means betraying her superiors.

From the known clues, She apparently is the one who runs the House of the Hearth orphanage, located in Snezhnaya. It seems to be a place to nurture the future members of the Fatui.

Orphans from there receive unique names and are sent on espionage missions. Arlecchino's effective spy network includes loyal agents like Katarina Snezhnevna (quest-exclusive NPC who appears in the Lost in a Foreign Land World Quest series).

Playable Version

Some leakers mentioned that Arlecchino will show up in the Archon Quest in Ver. 4.1, but it can't be assumed that she will be in the wish pool in the same patch.

A notable leak schedule from @HutaoLover about wish pool claimed that she will be playable in Ver. 4.3 with high possibility.
