- You qualify if you were charged for unwanted in-game items between January 2017 and September 2022.
- Parents can apply if their child made unauthorized charges on their credit card between January 2017 and November 2018.
- Those who had their accounts locked after disputing charges with their credit card company between January 2017 and September 2022 can also apply.

Deadline for Claims:
File your claim by January 17, 2024, to be eligible for a refund.
No Impact on Fortnite Accounts:
Filing a refund claim won't affect your Fortnite account or your previously purchased in-game items.
